Arrival Time: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of your appointment. If the door is locked, please knock.
Booking Window: Book your sessions up to 90 days in advance.

Service Menu
The service menu has been simplified. To choose a specific modality, please select it as an "add-on" on the final booking page. Series of four sessions are available to purchase in the studio at a $20 discount via Cash, Check or Venmo only. Four packs expire one year from the date of purchase.
New Clients
If you are a new client with a gift card to redeem and you are having trouble booking online, please contact me to reserve your first appointment. I am accepting new clients on a rolling basis as my schedule allows. For FAQs and information on joining the waitlist, please visit www.jpwellness.co. All new clients must prepay for their first session. Moving forward, you are free to pay as you go. This policy helps protect me from no-shows and scammers. If you cancel your first session and want a refund, it will be minus the CC processing fee.
I work with clients over the age of 18 only. Any clients who are unable to get on and off the massage table without assistance will need to have someone accompanying them to assist their transfers. I cannot transfer clients from wheelchairs on/off the table due to my own injuries.
Cancellation Policy
FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Less than 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling, regardless of emergency or illness. However, if I am able to fill your appointment from my waitlist, you will not be charged. TEXT ME ASAP of you need to cancel (even if you wake up sick at 2AM).
- No-show or missed appointment, regardless of emergency or illness.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment duration, you will still need to pay for the full amount of time that you reserved.
- Refusal of service for clients with obvious signs of contagious illness. A negative CV-19 test is great, but I don't want to catch and share with my other clients any cold or flu either.
